Do you need someone to talk with?
sometimes talking can help - they call these crisis lines but
really they are lines of communication to prevent crisis.
These lines are for parents of teens as well as teens in need.
Even friends of those who may be in need can use these
lines to get advise on how to help someone.  The great
thing about these lines is they are free and confidential.
